This can include your name, email, profile photo, city, creator categories, portfolio, services, products, UPI details, business information, collabs, pitches, messages, reviews and support requests.
2. Information collected automatically
We may collect page visits, clicks, device and browser information, IP address, referring pages, timestamps and approximate city. We do not use precise GPS location unless a feature clearly asks for it.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate public pages, personalise discovery, support transactions and collabs, provide analytics, prevent abuse, communicate with you and meet legal obligations.
4. Public information
Anything you choose to publish on a creator page, business page, public collab, review or offer may be visible to visitors and search engines. Account controls determine what is public.
6. Your choices and rights
You can edit public information, close posts, manage communications and request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@cuepop.com. Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
7. Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed afterwards. We use access controls, HTTPS and appropriate operational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children and international use
cuepop is not intended for children under 16. The service is operated from India and information may be processed where our providers operate.
