1. What cuepop is

cuepop is a platform for public creator and business pages, products, services, affiliate recommendations, discovery, collabs and local offers. We provide the tools; we are not the employer, agent or party to arrangements between users.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16, give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Do not impersonate another person or business.
• Keep public rates, availability and offer terms current.
• Tell us promptly if your account may be compromised.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you publish. You give cuepop a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it through the service until you remove it, subject to legal retention and content already relied on by another user.

4. Payments and commercial relationships

Creator-owned product, service and tip payments may go directly to the creator’s UPI. cuepop does not receive, hold or independently verify those funds. Paid collabs and fulfilment remain the responsibility of the users involved.

• Agree scope, price, usage rights and timelines in writing.
• Creators are responsible for product and service fulfilment.
• Businesses are responsible for honouring published offers.
• Taxes, invoices and regulatory obligations remain with the relevant user.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use cuepop for illegal, deceptive, unsafe, exploitative or infringing activity. Do not spam, scrape, manipulate reviews, falsify redemptions or bypass platform safeguards.

6. Reviews, reports and moderation

Reviews must reflect real work. We may investigate reports, limit visibility, remove content or suspend accounts when needed for safety, integrity or legal compliance.

7. Paid plans

If you buy a cuepop subscription, the price, billing period and included features shown at checkout apply. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uptime, matches, earnings, campaign outcomes or user performance. To the extent permitted by law, Technofledge Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Grievance redressal

cuepop is an intermediary: creators, businesses and visitors publish the pages, listings, offers, reviews and messages on it. If something here breaks these terms, infringes your rights or concerns your personal data, write to the Grievance Officer at hello@cuepop.com with the URL, what is wrong and how to reach you.

We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Where a complaint concerns your own personal data, the same channel is the grievance route under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Reporting inside the product is faster where it exists — most public pages and listings carry a report control that sends us the context automatically.

10. Governing law and contact
