- 'Practitioners' refers to independent professionals using Cuepop to manage their services.
- 'Content' refers to all text, images, and materials uploaded by users to the platform or App.

3. Eligibility

To use our platform and App, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Account Creation and Security

- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Notify TechnoFlege Pvt Ltd immediately of unauthorized access to your account.

5. Services

TechnoFlege Pvt Ltd offers tools for practitioners to manage bookings, client interactions, billing, and other related services through both the platform and App. We do not guarantee the success of your practice or the outcomes of services rendered.

6. User Responsibilities

- Users must comply with all applicable laws.
- Practitioners are responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of their listings and interactions.
- Prohibited behaviors include spamming, uploading malicious software, or violating the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Payments

- Practitioners can collect payments through the platform and App using integrated payment gateways.
- Transaction fees may apply as detailed in our Pricing Policy.
- TechnoFlege Pvt Ltd is not liable for disputes between practitioners and their customers regarding payments or refunds.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual practitioners. TechnoFlege Pvt Ltd does not provide guarantees for refunds unless otherwise stated.

9. Intellectual Property

- TechnoFlege Pvt Ltd owns all rights to the platform’s and App’s design, features, and content, excluding user-generated content.
- Users retain ownership of their content but grant TechnoFlege Pvt Ltd a license to use it for promotional and operational purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TechnoFlege Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or App. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform and App at our discretion, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
