cuepop PLATFORM POLICY
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Different payments on cuepop take different paths. This policy explains who receives the money and who can resolve a refund.
Last updated 31 August 20261. cuepop subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. Unless checkout says otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not normally provide prorated refunds for unused time.
2. Billing errors
If you see a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount or a payment taken after a confirmed cancellation, email hello@cuepop.com with the account email, payment date, amount and transaction reference.
Subscriptions are charged through Razorpay. An eligible refund goes back to the original payment method; once we approve it, Razorpay and your bank typically take five to seven working days to complete the credit, which is outside our control.
3. Creator products, services and tips
These payments may go directly to a creator’s UPI. cuepop does not receive or hold the money and cannot issue the refund. Contact the creator using the details on their page. The creator’s published fulfilment and cancellation terms apply, along with applicable consumer law.
4. Collabs between users
Payments and commercial agreements for collabs are between the creator and the person or business hiring them. Agree cancellation, milestones and refund terms in writing before work starts.
5. Affiliate purchases
An affiliate purchase is completed with the retailer or network. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under that seller’s policy.
6. How to request help
Email hello@cuepop.com. Include the account email, payment reference, date, amount and a short explanation.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, the Grievance Officer route in the Terms applies: acknowledgement within 24 hours and resolution within 15 days. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
